Tous nos Champagnes sont élaborés par la coopérative Union Champagne. Des œnologues qualifiés travaillent les vins issus des cépages les plus nobles. Ils recherchent les meilleurs assemblages afin de toujours obtenir une qualité suivie et irréprochable. Toutes nos bouteilles de champagne brut sont commercialisées avec un minimum de 2 années de vieillissement en cave et 5 années pour nos millésimés.
Vous pouvez donc déguster et apprécier nos champagnes sans attendre. Conservez votre champagne constamment couché à l'abri de la lumière et servez-le frais dans des verres de forme haute de préférence.

Vertus is a charming village of 2,500 inhabitants situated in the heart of the Côte des Blancs vineyards, cradle of the Chardonnay grapevines. Located 20km south of Epernay, Vertus is renowned for its elegant premier cru champagne. Vines have been grown here since the 3rd century and the vineyards have expanded continuously over time.

Paul Charpentier, son and grandson to winemakers from Vertus, started learning about winegrowing from an early age. He is in charge of maintaining his family heritage and decided to take the business a step further by selling his champagne. He chose to entrust production of his champagne to a cooperative as a way of ensuring he could offer customers a consistent quality of wine, creating the PAUL CHARPENTIER brand in 1955. Over the years, he has succeeded in developing his customer base as well as brand.

50 % de Chardonnay – 50 % de Pinot Noir

 

The richness and length on the palate of a perfectly ripe 40% Pinot Noir / 60% Chardonnay blend. This cuvee is always a vintage, and offers aromas of white and exotic fruit. Extremely elegant.
